acknowledge_by, listing every action inrequired_actionsexceptwithdraw_outputs. Acknowledge that one bypost_revocation.withdraw_by, once every released output is down.
2xx within 10 seconds, then do the work. Deliveries can repeat; ignore an event ID you have processed.
