What to do
- The license keeps its current revision, and checks continue under it.
previous_attributes.pending_revisionnames the declined revision. - On the talent’s side, draft a new revision if the terms should still change, or revoke the license if they must.
2xx within 10 seconds, then do the work. Deliveries can repeat; ignore an event ID you have processed.
