}Download the name index
Planned contract — unavailable in test and live modes. This operation is a protocol reference, not a callable endpoint. Start with the working sandbox quickstart.
Returns the signed name index for matching talent locally: every protected talent’s ID,
names, aliases and transliterations. Refresh it at least hourly using ETag. A local match
tells you to send a check; no local match does not mean a prompt is clear, because indirect
references and reference media still need the server.
Restricted keys need talent:read.
